Expected outages and known unexpected outages are posted on the Home tab

- Password resetting problems – use the “Forgot Password?” link on the logon page
- Security question lockouts and resets
- Questions about using JIS
- Questions about a particular data source queries and/or their responses
- Errors regarding a particular subject’s record
- Obtaining your JIS username
Standard Support Issues reported after-hours will be addressed the next business day.
