***** SAVE/AUTO-FILL USERNAME AND OR PASSWORDS *****
If your browser is auto-filling in a username and/or password field when visiting JIS, please work with your IT department to clear them from your browser setting. Using your backspace key to delete them from the field is not sufficient. Not only will saved usernames/passwords interfere with resetting your password, it is also a CJIS policy violation. Thanks for your cooperation.


***** FDLE CJIS Certification/Trainings and JIS access ****
Please note that completion of the FDLE CJIS Online training and/or nexTest certification does NOT automatically grant access to JIS. That is a separate username/password and application process that begins within your agency.

If you are experiencing issues when prompted to change you password after you log in, please LOG OFF and use the Password Reset link on the login page.
